Broker Submission instructions

For broker submissions please complete all Submission Forms and combine all forms and documentation into one PDF in the order as listed on the submission stacking order form. Once the submission is complete and correctly organzied please UPLOAD HERE

The complete submission must be recieved prior to loan set-up. No TBD's are accepted.

Please be sure to review the turn-time proceedures and share with all interested parties.

Importiant notes:

• Scanned or original PDF documents only. NO PHOTOS.
• There is no online registration of loans
• Loans are locked automatically upon completion of loan set-up
  
• Broker disclosures are not required for submission
